Show how nerdy you are with these retro posters

Like 1970’s Star Wars merchandise still in its original packaging or issue number 1 of Action Comics, showing off your nerd credentials is as much about waiting as it is about collecting.

But what are you to do if you don’t happen to own a priceless piece of geek history?

The easiest thing is to head over to the appropriately named freevintageposters.com website and download yourself some history. The site lists hundreds of movie, propaganda, and travel posters all of which are available for download in high quality formats.

The images are either out of copyright or have been posted under the United States’ Copyright Fair Use Act so you should be able to use them for non-commercial purposes.
