In addition to this announcement, a major pioneer in this field has experienced some good news, allowing the company to continue its rapid expansion, recruit new talent and spur technology development.

Versature, a rapidly growing Canadian SaaS-based business communications solutions and hosted VoIP provider recently announced that it was acquired by net2phone, a global provider of unified communications services and subsidiary of IDT Corporation. The acquisition will allow Versature to accelerate its expansion in Canada, recruit additional top talent and spur the development of innovative call, voice-centric and unified communication technology solutions.

Versature, offers a SaaS-based business VoIP service, Call Data Analytics solutions, and integrations with leading SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Slack and Google Chrome.
