To Help Tackle Modern Hiring Issues, Talentify Welcomes HR Industry Veteran Brian J. Kelly as New Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer

When a job is vacant in a company and a position is available, filling this spot can be a nightmare for both applicants and employers. Applicants face a huge amount of competition, while employers are often inundated with candidates, many of whom are not always fit for the position. While a large pool of candidates might sound like an ideal situation for employers, basic psychology demonstrates the more options we have, the less likely we are to make a decision at all, making the overall selection even harder.

In fact, on average, each corporate job offer attracts 250 resumes. Of those candidates, 4 to 6 will get called for an interview, and only one will get the job. Moreover, In 2015, Millennials became the dominant demographic in the labor market yet Millennials also have the highest rates of unemployment and underemployment.

Fortunately, in these trying times, there are numerous startups fighting to find a solution to this universal problem. One of which is Talentify, an AI recruitment automation startup.

Brian J. Kelly

The Florida based startup has recently announced the appointment of Brian J. Kelly as its new Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), to accelerate its market growth. Kelly brings a wealth of experience in the HR Strategy & Technology marketplace having previously served as a top executive at global companies including Vestrics, Mercer and Infohrm.
