iTunes Match begins international roll-out
A little over one month since launching initially in the United States, and Brazil a few days ago, iTunes Match is now available in a number of new countries, including Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and possibly unconfirmed others.
iTunes Match is a subscription-based service that allows users to stream their music collection anywhere to any Apple device using iCloud.
Upon launching the iTunes application in any of the countries mentioned above, a new iTunes Match tab is available under the iTunes Store tab in the left-hand navigation pane. Here, users can complete the subscription process, costing €24.99 in Ireland and £21.99 in the UK, with similar fees expected in other countries.
MacTrast has put together a great guide to using iTunes Match and a small one-time hack to improve the audio quality of your entire music library using the service.
