People around the world will be able watch Dublin's St. Patrick's Day Parade live online this year. RTÉ, Ireland's national broadcaster will be live-streaming the parade through their free international on demand player.
Here in Ireland we will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in the usual web (we’ll let you guess what that is) but if you can’t make it to Dublin for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade then you can take your frustration out with the Angry Birds St. Patrick’s Day special.

This year the Irish government will spend at least half a million Euro funding the development of Android and iOS apps for artistic and cultural institutions. The majority of this money will come from the Cultural Tourism Technology fund which has allocated over €1 million for technology projects this year. Projects being funded include the Temple Bar Cultural Trust, The Chester Beatty Library, Dublin City Council, Wexford Opera and St. Patrick’s Festival amongst others.
