Brian Cox presents Wonders of the Universe on the BBC

Professor Brian Cox has returned to the BBC in a four part series titled Wonders of the Universe. Following on from Stargazing LIVE, a very successful three day solar exploration live broadcast event at the start of this year, Brian Cox returns to our screens in a new series and “reveals how the most fundamental scientific principles and laws explain not only the story of the universe, but the story of us all”.

The new Irish government plans to establishment the country as a “leader in the emerging I.T. market of cloud computing”, just as Microsoft suggested it should.At the beginning of the year Microsoft Ireland published the results of a survey by Goodbody Economic Consultants which looked at the potential benefits of The Cloud to Ireland. The report suggested that private and public bodies in the country need to act quickly to reap the benefits of the cloud computing.

Startupbootcamp have today announced plans to expand their start-up mentoring network to include Berlin, London, Madrid, and now Dublin. Dublin will join as the third city to create a pan-European network this year along with Copenhagen and Madrid, with Berlin and London expected to participate in 2012.
